Michael Harstrick brings to Peppers and Rogers Group 20 years experience in all aspects of marketing, business management, database development, and customer retention for the banking and real estate industries.
During his diverse professional career, Michael was responsible for creating, directing and implementing value-added, customer focused tools, including launching an Internet site and a 1to1 retention program for the second largest mortgage servicing portfolio in the nation.Michael¹s expertise in forecasting, product launches, telemarketing, direct marketing, customer relationship management, and web-enabled database modeling has streamlined personalization and lead tracking throughout the loan and credit process.
Prior to joining Peppers and Rogers Group, he was the Senior Vice President Direct Marketing at Countrywide Home loans.Prior to that, he was also responsible for developing strategy and managing the sales effort for Member Retention at North American Mortgage, subsequent to developing a nationwide consumer credit card product and rollout strategy at Security Pacific.
Fluent in German and proficient in French, Michael holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Masters in Rhetorical Criticism, both from Occidental College.
