The grounds on which the Hall of Fame is located will then be known as the Rock-A-Billy complex. The complex will include the Hall of Fame, the Rock-A-Billy Alley and the Rock-A-Billy Park.
"It is modest in size, but it will, with the street blocked off, hold 3,000 to 3,500 people," Harrison said."We're very, very pleased that we will have a venue where blues and gospel and rock-a-billy and symphonies can perform in a very, very pleasant environment."
He said some of the events of this year's Rock-A-Billy Festival will be held on the stage.Other events will be held at the Veterans of Foreign War Post, located off Airways Boulevard, Harrison said.
