Meg joined Vaisala at the Birmingham Offices in 1997 after completing a Masters in Applied Meteorology and Climatology at the University of Birmingham.She started her Vaisala life as a front line operative working shifts on the 24-hour helpdesk in the Customer Support Department, and now, seven years on, is the Helpdesk manager.
