  Bill is an associate professor in Mathematical Sciences at Otterbein College and now in his seventh year of academia after 20+ years in private industry.Bill's degrees are a B.S. in computer engineering, M.S. in statistics, and Ph.D. in industrial and systems engineering.He is a licensed professional engineer, a certified reliability engineer, and a certified quality engineer.In 1984 while doing environmental geostatistics, he met Isobel on his path to learning geostatistics.Their collaboration over the years led to Practical Geostatistics 2000 and is now moving them toward the completion of a second volume on more advanced geostatistical techniques (e.g., simulation, co-kriging).
