CATHIE HARMON, MANAGER

Cathie Harmon is the manager of Westwood Village.She lives in Westwood Village.Her children and step children are all away from home outside of Utah.Cathie is a grandmother, so she can relate to many of us here in the Park.In 1981, she moved to Utah from Michigan.She held a number of management positions in Layton, including the Layton Fun Center, and the American Legion Facility.Most important, she was Vice President of the American Film Company in Salt Lake City.She traveled extensively to set up numerous new offices and trained people to run them.Her maturity and experience in management and sales warranted qualifications for her to be selected for this job.

Her primary goal is to have the Village Units full within a year.This will begin to increase the value of all the other units as the number of available units is reduced.The Village has two more units that she intends to offer on a "lease with option to purchase" program.

Cathie (please do not use a "K" to spell her name) has a great desire to be a good manager for the residents of the Village.She wants our experience living here to be pleasant and comfortable.She plans to put a picnic table under the trees out front so residents can picnic.Also the taps for the showers have been improved and the showers will soon be fully usable.Don't expect her to play favorites.She is all business, but pleasantly so.
