Roger Harman, President, has been a principal and now, majority shareholder, for eight years.By business brokerage we mean the purchase, sale, merger or acquisition of small businesses ; usually less than $ 10, 000.00 in annual sales.Because we have had to prepare our clients for sale, merger or acquisition for, often times for 3-5 years, before the sale or acquisition, we have been required to be an operational and financial doctor".From our direct experience, past and present, we have developed consulting skills in certain industries and functional areas of business operations.Because we often work with companies with cash flow, profit, return on investment or credit problems caused by operational problems we have had to develop our programs in a way that our clients can afford from current cash flow, so that we only get paid the major portion of our fee if we get results. We now charge $ 125.00 per hour for consulting which includes the entire firm, all people and resources, except direct expenses and we negotiate our agreements with a fee cap so that the maximum fee is always known in advance of signing an agreement with our client. They pay the lesser of the hourly rate or the fee cap so they are rewarded for helping us achieve results with the minimum of effort and time investment.
