Roger Harman - Corporate Heart Facilitator and Managing Director Roger has over 25 years experience in personal development training.. Strong facilitation skills, a disarming sense of humour and original thinking have contributed to his successful delivery of programs for a diverse range of clients. Recent assignments with senior teams include Fannie Mae (USA), LG Telecom (South Korea), Aveng (South Africa), McKinsey (Europe), Amcor (Australia), State Bank of India (India), Stockland (Australia), Westpac (Australia), Bernstein Value Equities (Australia). Previously Roger has worked with the Partners and all levels of management at Ernst & Young , the Managing Partner group of McKinsey & Company , the CEO and Senior Team at ANZ , Senior Management groups at Woodside, The Institute of Chartered Accountants and Oracle Corporation. Prior to that clients have included Westpac, CSR, Freedom Furniture, Australian Taxation Office, Optus, Jones Lang LaSalle, Attorney General's Department, CSC, AT&T, NRMA, Lion Nathan, Big W, MMI, Arnott's, Johnson & Johnson, Greater Union and Commonwealth Bank.

He heads up the consultancy, Corporate Heart International, and has been selected by McKinsey and Company to deliver personal mastery programs to clients nationally and internationally. He holds a Degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney, is accredited in DISC and LSI instruments, NLP and Creative Training Techniques.

With hands-on experience with people at all levels in organisations Roger has the ability to empathically confront individuals with the difficult and challenging issues that lead to personal insight and real behavioural change.
