Justin Harlow is a Senior Manager at Risk Capital.He manages the Legal Support Services group and supports clients by preparing expert witness testimony, advising counsel on defense strategy, offering valuable trading operations insights and conducting independent valuations of assets and derivatives to bankruptcy, M&A, civil and criminal litigation clients.Justin's consulting and transaction advisory work encompasses clients in the financial services, energy and trading fields.

At Risk Capital, Justin has assisted in the defense of a Fortune 100 company against a complex class action suit and has advised hedge funds on the fair valuation of various trust portfolios in litigation.Furthermore, he has provided expert consulting services in numerous contract disputes in both the US and the UK involving ISDA, WSPPA, EEI and GISB contracts.Additionally, Justin has valued M&A physical assets and derivatives, including tolling agreements and load deals, as well as reconstructed and valued structured marketing portfolios for both private equity firms and energy companies.

Previously, Justin was employed as a petroleum products analyst at BP Oil Trading International in London, where he was also responsible for the integration of financial reporting for BP's global entrepreneurial and supply trading divisions.Justin started his career as a macroeconomic consultant to the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in London.He has also performed numerous energy studies for the European Commission and the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Justin holds an M.Sc. in Development Economics from the School of Oriental & African Studies (SOAS), University of London and a B.A. in International Business.
