Mourant International Finance Administration has appointed Richard Harland as business development manager at its London office. Previously he was at Mourant's Guernsey office. Richard joined Mourant's Guernsey office in January 2006 in an accounting and client relationship role. Prior to joining Mourant he worked for three years in financial services audit working in offshore jurisdictions with one of the large accountancy firms. He also worked for several years in the United States with a large sports organisation developing its regional customer base. Richard graduated from Manchester University with a BA in Economics.
