Lilach Geva Harel

Lilach Geva Harel specializes in corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as finance transactions, regulation in the area of capital markets and restrictive trade practice.

Lilach regularly handles a variety of transactions, including complex finance transactions and acquisitions for private and public companies. Lilach also advises various companies in transactions which involve raising capital from both public and private sources, and represents them before the Israeli regulatory authorities.

Lilach joined GKH as an articled clerk in 1999 and as an attorney in 2000. She is part of our corporate, mergers and acquisition division.
