Scott is a full-time, results oriented divorce mediator who carefully guides clients in a thorough step-by-step settlement process crafting satisfying, equitable agreements.As a father of twins, he also carefully coordinates the development of comprehensive, long-lasting parenting solutions that help reduce the harmful impact on children.

Scott serves as a Guardian ad Litem for the State of North Carolina, a position which provides a voice in court for abused and neglected children, who in many cases are too young or too afraid to speak.In the interest of community service, he volunteers at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Dispute Settlement Program helping various people resolve their differences.He has also helped airline flight crews manage their conflict and recognize the value of others in the decision making process.

With a financial and business degree from the University of Georgia, Scott has managed conflict in a variety of arenas.He has been certified as a divorce mediator at the Mediation Training Institute, is an Officer and Director of the North Carolina Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution.He is also a member of the North Carolina Association of Professional Family Mediators and the Dispute Resolution section of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Scott Hardy has been promoted to the position of Branch Manager, Carolinas.Scott joined the Tech Systems Team in January 2002 as Operations Manager and brings 15 years experience in security integration services including installation, technical, sales and service management positions.In his new role, Scott will be responsible for the Sales and Operation functions of the Carolina Division.
