Alison Hardy, Campus Head for The Rutland College said "We are delighted with our overall A level pass rate of 97%.

Executive Director and Campus Director for The Rutland College, Alison Hardy says: "This celebration of student success is always a highlight of my year, providing the opportunity to look back over the last academic year and recognise individual students' enthusiasm and commitment to learning, it is incredibly inspiring and heartening.

Alison Hardy is Executive Director for 14 -19 Learning: Alison is based at the Rutland Campus, Oakham where she serves as Campus Head.

Alison, has been a middle manager in schools in Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire.She is a lead practitioner for the Specialist Schools Trust and has lectured nationally on teaching and learning.

Alison is welcoming the opportunity to develop partnerships with the local community colleges, schools and other organisations that will enable learners to be provided with a range of options, which will allow them to progress in education in the best possible way.With her experience she hopes to build upon the excellence at the Rutland College.

Alison says I am "enthusiastic about the role and joining at a time of reform due to the Tomlinson Report.
