Alan Hardy has been appointed Head of Export Sales at Wayfarer Transit Systems.

In his new role, Alan will be devising and implementing the company's future strategy for overseas sales across all areas of the company's business.

Alan joined the Poole-based company, which is the UK market leader in public transport revenue collection systems, earlier this year on the back of major contract gains in Australia and Ireland.

Wayfarer's export operation continues to go from strength to strength, with contracts recently won in partnership with New Zealand distributor ETS and with South African distributor Questek.

Says Alan:"My focus in this new position will be to increase sales in both new and existing export markets.

Wayfarer Transit Systems has strengthened its export team with the appointment of Alan Hardy as Export Sales Manager.

Alan joins the Poole-based company, which is the UK market leader in public transport revenue collection systems, at a time when Wayfarer's export drive is going from strength to strength.

The company has recently gained major contracts in Australia and Dublin and is also involved in numerous projects in the Americas and Europe.Alan's role will be to increase sales in the Middle East and Eastern European markets.
