Rick Hardcopf, VPRick has over twenty years of experience assisting companies achieve transformational change both as a senior executive and as a management consultant.He has worked with and for companies around the world in a variety of industries including defense, process manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, distribution, real estate, printing, and food production.Rick has worked extensively in international operations and is fluent in Russian.His 15 years of management consulting experience includes having had program leadership for client engagements in excess of $10M annually.
In his current role as Vice President with George Group's Federal Services practice, and in his previous leadership roles with commercial clients at George Group, Rick has been focused on the deployment of Lean Six Sigma at clients such as NAVAIR, NAVSUP, Caterpillar, Xerox and HB Fuller.
Rick earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from University of Wisconsin.His certifications include: Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in 1991 and Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from IMC in 1996.
