Marlene Meyer Harbaugh

Born in Springfield, Ill., the daughter of Paul and Marlene Meyer Harbaugh, she had lived in Franklin Township since 1982. She earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1981 and had worked at Hunterdon Medical Center as a registered nurse. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Annandale.
