    Last month she racked up 2,000 miles traveling across her territory.Harbaugh would like some help monitoring use at an off-highway vehicle site south of Glendive on Marsh Road.

    The area ranges over about four sections of BLM land.Recently there have been problems with people dumping trash.

    Without someone onsite, Harbaugh has a hard time catching the violators.

    "I'm hoping a Citizens Watch Group would help us out," she said.

    B-L-M Ranger Lori Harbaugh says the campfires were still smoking when discovered by crews on their way to training sessions.Harbaugh says plenty of trash was also left behind -- including wooden pallets.

    The fires are still under investigation.Harbaugh says setting fires on federal land is a federal offense.
