Rick has two decades of experience in corporate banking and real estate finance.Prior to JavaBear , he was a corporate banker at Bank of America and a real estate financier at Citibank.Mr. Harbaugh is an expert in startup businesses and enterprises.As the founder of Harbaugh & Associates , a mortgage banking business , he raised $ 5 million in equity , and consulted to both ongoing and startup businesses.Rick has structured over $ 250 million in various types of debt/equity transactions.

Mr. Harbaugh received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California , Irvine and an MBA from St. Mary's College in Moraga.
