Solie, two management team members for its software product subsidiary, Billing Concepts Systems (BCS).Both, Mr. Hancock and Mr. Solie joined BIC's management team just a few short weeks ago.

Michael Hancock joined BIC in October of 1997, to assume the role of Chief Operating Officer of BCS.Mr. Hancock will oversee the marketing, sales and operational duties of BCS with emphasis on rapidly building infrastructure for the enormous growth opportunity in the convergent billing solution arena.

Mr. Hancock has managed data processing operation units for more than 25 years, during which time he has been actively involved in the duties of directing data center operations, procurement, technical support, system integration and applications design and development.Mr. Hancock has extensive experience in data processing, budget preparation and financial management, as well as data center recruitment, and staffing.Mr. Hancock was the Chief Operating Officer for the Telephony Business Division of Affiliated Computer Systems (ACS) for nine years prior to joining Billing Concepts Systems.In his capacity with ACS, Mr. Hancock was responsible for ACS' proprietary Telephony Billing Solutions including Back Office Support Services and the Operator Center for Customer Care.These business units serviced Telephony Customers including Bell Atlantic, Nynex Mobile, SBC, Frontier Communications, GTE, MFS and WorldCom.
