    Chris Hancock has degrees in Agriculture and Oenology and practiced as a winemaker before concentrating on marketing and general management activities.He is Executive General Manager Industry and Government Relations for Southcorp Wines Pty Ltd, having previously served as Global Marketing Director and formerly as Managing Director of Rosemount Estates Pty Limited for more than 20 years prior to its takeover by Southcorp.He has wide experience in market development both in Australia and overseas.He has served on many wine industry committees and Boards, including a previous term as a member of the Corporation from September 1986 to September 1989.He is a Past President and Honorary Vice-president of the International Wine and Spirit Competition in London, UK and an Honorary Life Member of the Institute of Masters of Wine.
