Wen Han, Co-founder and Director of Technology, WaterCove Networks, prior to co-founding WaterCove Networks, Wen held numerous positions at Motorola, from Senior Engineering Manager to Managing Director of the Malaysia-Singapore Software Center.He began his career at Infinet and also served at Memotec Data Comm after it acquired Infinet.Wen has more than 16 years of engineering experience in the development of real-time critical software and firmware for telecommunications systems and networks.His expertise includes mobile and cellular system networks and applications, intelligent networks, digital signal processing, digital communications, and data communications protocols and networks.Wen holds three patents in the areas of wireless mobile communications and applications.He received an MBA from the Imperial College, University of London and both MSEE and BSEE degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
