VICKY HAN - Director, Corporate Advisory Vicky has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore.She has over 15 years of working experience in merchant banking working with various financial institutions including Schroders Merchant Bank (then known as SIMBL), First National Bank of Chicago, DBS Bank, Sanwa Singapore Limited and OCBC Bank.She has also worked for about five years with a broking firm, UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd, dealing mainly in Singapore and Malaysian securities.In merchant banking, she has handled various fund raising exercises including initial public offerings, rights issues and share placements for companies in Singapore.She was also involved in corporate advisory work for various listed companies including takeovers, sales and acquisitions, share options etc. As director and a senior member of corporate advisory, she assists the department head in managing the projects undertaken by the Company.

Vicky Han - Director Vicky has more than 15 years experience in the Singapore capital markets as Vice President Corporate Finance in institutions such as Schroders Merchant Bank (SIMBL), First National Bank of Chicago, DBS Bank, Sanwa Bank and OCBC Bank.She was also an Assistant Director at UOB Kay Hian before joining NRA Capital in 2005.
