Susan Han is an award-winning senior producer at the SEATTLE CHANNEL.She is responsible for producing City Inside/Out with C.R. Douglas, an Emmy-nominated weekly public affairs program on the SEATTLE CHANNEL.Up till June 2007, Susan was a senior producer at Seattle's PBS affiliate, KCTS Television, the fourth-most-watched public television station in the United States.During her 15 years there, she was responsible for "KCTS Connects," a weekly current affairs series, "Ask the Governor," a live statewide call-in program on public radio and television, "Serious Money," a regional business series, as well as numerous other programs.
She has also produced several international documentaries, including "Precious Children," about China's one-child policy and early education, "El Salvador: Women Investing in Women," about the impact of micro-credit lending, and "Singapore: Beyond the Asian Crisis."
Susan has served in leadership positions in the Asian American Journalists Association, Northwest Journalists of Color and the Washington News Council.A University of Washington graduate, she is also an alumna of the German Marshall Fund's Memorial Fellowship program, and participated in the prestigious transatlantic exchange program in June 2001.
