James joined Meeting Point Conferences in 2002 after graduating a year earlier from the University of Surrey with an honours degree in Media Technology.James briefly worked for a music copyright company before deciding to pursue a career in the events industry.

Since joining Meeting Point, James has worked on most of the company's key events in the UK and Europe, and his flexibility has also led him to work across the in house teams.He joined the company as an administrator, progressing through to Account Executive and now to his new appointment as Account Manager.He has a great understanding for the companies profile and also works as the in house IT administrator and systems executive.James has recently been involved with implementing a training scheme within the company, and will be looking to improve his own IT and business skills through various courses over the next year.

James has a keen interest in travelling, music and football, notably Liverpool Football Club (although that's not something to shout about considering their form in recent years).
