Jim Hampton, Chief Operating Officer

Jim has over 12 years of Information Technology and 8 years of interactive systems development experience specific to sales and marketing support, computer based training, and e-learning.In IT, Jim has always worked in leading-edge software development projects.As a Systems Analyst for Equifax, Jim was responsible for systems design and project management in the development of a nation-wide motor vehicle report tracking and reporting system.

Jim worked as a Project Leader for a divisional automation project for Georgia Pacific.As a Project Manager, Jim worked on Computer Integrated Manufacturing systems for Tad-Iran and IBM.Throughout his IT career Jim assumed increasing responsibilities with a focus on meeting project goals with high quality results on each project he worked.

In academia, Jim designed and wrote computer assisted learning systems while attending North Texas State University.In early 1992 Jim began working as an independent consultant with Bell South's training department creating Computer Based Training (CBT).This experience enabled him to create his first business, with a strong client base including Bell South, Ceridian, Sterling Software, and Crawford and Co.By 1994 his company had also begun to create interactive sales and marketing systems with new clients like NCR and AT&T.These systems were very successful, producing dynamic results in sales and product knowledge.

Jim holds a BS degree in Music Theory and a Masters in Computer Science from North Texas State University.
