Tim Hampson

Tim Hampson, DirectorTim graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Masters in Education and a secondary school certification in the social sciences.He received a Bachelor's of Arts degree in political science with a minor in history from Loyola University Chicago, where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.Tim has experience teaching in both public and private schools in the Chicago area.After teaching and tutoring high school students, Tim joined The Academic Approach as both an instructor and administrator.He has been instrumental in developing hundreds of pages of training materials, defining specific curriculum protocols to perfect the administration of our programs, and designing specific one-on-one programs to help students identify their particular needs and create the most effective courses of study to meet their goals.Tim is an instructor of the ISEE, SSAT, SAT, ACT, numerous SAT Subject Tests, and the GRE.As Assistant Director, Tim represents all programs, designs courses for students, meets with clients to explain Academic Approach services, trains instructors, and serves as the main liaison between clients and instructors.
