Stephen Hampson is site manager at Oldbury, Rhodia's oldest UK site, which was established in 1851.He joined Albright & Wilson in September 1986 straight from Strathclyde University, where he studied Applied Chemistry, and has been at Oldbury ever since, apart from a two-year secondment to Avonmouth.He became site manager in 2000.
