Simon is also helping to run a series of workshops on counter terrorism for the Office of Security and Counter-Terrorism.

Simon's research interests include counter-terrorism, climate security, conceptions of liberalism, and the value of autonomy. Prior to joining Demos he completed a PhD in political philosophy at University College London.
