Having achieved 19 years service in 2007, working from FWAG's headquarters at Stoneleigh, Jane Hampson is one of the organisation's longest serving employees.Jane started her employment as Personal Assistant to the National Adviser and progressed to become PA to the Chief Executive, working for four different post-holders.As FWAG grew in size new opportunities arose and Jane next took on the role of Public Relations Officer, being responsible for press releases and organising events such as the Silver Lapwing Award and National Farm Walk Week.Alongside her PR work Jane was also undertaking personnel administration and FWAG supported Jane in studying for a human resources qualification.As staff numbers continued to increase a great emphasis on human resources issues was required and Jane became the full time Personnel Officer for FWAG in 2003.

Commenting on her career with FWAG Jane said "FWAG has been more than a career to me , it's been a way of life!
