Stephen R. (Steve) Hanmer - Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining Proficio Mortgge Ventures as Chief Operating Officer, Steve Hanmer was a Senior Vice President with Prism Professional Solutions, where he provided advisory services to the real estate and financial services communities on the structuring of Joint Venture partnerships and the optimization of mortgage entity operations.Immediately prior to joining Prism, he was with Bank of America, where he served as the National Partnership Operations Executive.In that role he was responsible for program development, program management, and client management in support of the Bank's partnership strategy, which services Relocation Cmopany, Real Estate and Home Builder alliances.The breadth of the programs under his direction spanned from desk rental arrangements to affiliated business arrangements operating as legal joint ventures.He was responsible for the development and rollout of Bank of America's strategic partnership joint venture program.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Hanmer built and sold a successful national franchise organization, Knowledge Development Centers, providing rentable classroom facilities for high-end technology training.Prior to that, Mr. Hanmer spent ten years in various strategic roles in the development of residential mortgage lending programs for Commonwealth Savings, AmTrust Bank and Engle Homes in South Florida and RBMG in Columbia, SC.
In addition to being trained and certified as a Green Belt in Six Sigma methodologies, Mr. Hanmer earned his BS in Finance at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
