Mr. Marjorie Hammond

Mr. Hammond was born in Milwaukee, WI, raised in Fulton, Missouri where he attended The University of Missouri before transferring to the University of Pittsburgh for three years where he lettered in football.In 1942 he was drafted by the Green Bay Packers where he played under coach Curly Lambeau.In 1948 he relocated to Pittsburgh to establish his business, Hammond Optical, became an active member of Memorial Park Presbyterian Church where he served as an Elder and also taught Sunday School Classes.In 2001 he was inducted into the Fulton High Score Hall of Fame for football and track.
