CommitteeEnvironmetal Health Officer, Townsville City Council, Qld 4810Gavin is currently the Acting Manager Health Services with the Townsville City Council.Gavin is a practising Environmental Health Officer that has been heavily involved in the management of animal management issues for over two decades in rural, remote and city local authorities.His work has included a number of successful projects including a project titled "Dogs can't read" that received international acclaim for the best media campaign for a government department globally in 2004, UAM animal management team of the year in 2004 along with a string of local, state, national and international awards for the work done on responsible animal management in the Townsville area.Apart from Gavin's EHO qualification, he also has a post graduate diploma in Management which he has upgraded to a Masters of Business Administration.
