Gardiner Hammond is Vice President, Development for Landmark Properties Group, a premier land development and construction management company headquartered in Littleton, Colorado.Mr. Hammond oversees development and construction activity for all Landmark projects including HighPointe at DIA, the 1,800-acre mixed-use community.
Prior to joining Landmark Properties Group, Mr. Hammond served as associate vice president for Catellus Development Corporation, a leading national real estate development company, where he was responsible for regional development and construction management for industrial, office and mixed-use projects.Past projects include Stapleton Business Center, Circle Point Corporate Center, the Village at Avon and EastGate Commerce Center.These projects included approximately 2.5 million square feet of industrial space, 550,000 square feet of class "A" office space and infrastructure projects totaling approximately $60 million.Mr. Hammond also supervised three other construction directors in the Mountain region.
Before joining Catellus, Mr. Hammond worked in a variety of construction management roles for DPR Construction, Boston Market/Einstein Bagels, PepsiCo/Taco Bell and Rudolph and Sletten, Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area.In his career, Mr. Hammond has completed building projects totaling over 6,000,000 square feet and approximately $60,000,000 in value.
Mr. Hammond graduated with an MBA from the University of Santa Clara and a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado.A father of two, he resides in Morrison, CO, with his wife, Blaire.
Various projects Mr. Hammond has completed have received awards, including selections for historical preservation in Fort Collins, Colorado and Circle Point Corporate Center in Westminster, Colorado.
