FRANKLIN HAMILTON is the principal broker of Hamilton Realty and Development Company.He is a native of Richmond Virginia and has been actively involved in the real estate business since 1973.Marketing, negotiations and land development are his specialties.

He received his BS degree in Urban Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University, he is a licensed Virginia Auctioneer, holds an Accredited Auctioneer of Real-Estate designation and is a member of the National and Virginia Auctioneers Association.He is married, has five beautiful children, lives in a one hundred-year-old house and loves being outdoors.
