Dr. Stephen Hamburger

Dr. Stephen Hamburger has been named chief medical officer at Carraway Methodist Medical Center.

Hamburger earned his medical degree at the University of Connecticut School of medicine, interned at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia and completed his residency and fellowship in endocrinology an d metabolism at the Medical College of Pennsylvania.

Most recently, he was chairman of medicine at Oschner Clinic in New Orleans.
