Rhonda Hallberg, director of intake services at the Children's Aid Society (CAS), said it's every citizen's legal responsibility to report child abuse and neglect to the CAS.

She said Londoners should report any suspicion of child abuse or neglect.

Hallberg said the campaign, although necessary, will put an added strain on CAS, which has more than 800 children under care.
