Peter Hallberg, Stockholm University

Peter Hallberg is Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Stockholm University, Sweden. He has published articles and books in the areas of nationalism, democratic theory, the history of historiography and early modern political thought. Some of his work has appeared in journals such as History of Political Thought, History of European Ideas, Scandinavian Journal of History, and Race & Class. He is currently on a three-year research leave funded by The Bank of Sweden Tercentenary Foundation, the first year of which he will spend at the Department of Political Science at McMaster University.
