Noelle Hallberg

STOCKTON - San Joaquin Delta College student Noelle Hallberg of Stockton was crowned Miss San Joaquin County at the annual pageant held Saturday at University of the Pacific's Faye Spanos Hall.

Ten competitors were judged in private interviews, a talent segment, a swimsuit competition, on-stage questioning and a casual-wear competition.
