Arthur Haas

Arthur Haas, PE, is a Professor of Civil Engineering Technology at Broome Community College in Binghamton, New York.He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, Pennsylvania, and California.His education includes a MS Degree from the University of Illinois and a BS from the University of Rhode Island, both in Civil Engineering.Prior to coming to Broome Community College he worked as an instructor in Pennsylvania State University Department of Transportation, and a Design Engineer for the Standard Oil Company of California.
