Haas has been busy helping hundreds of people navigate the system to get new coupons.
"I would say in the last month or so, we've received about 15 to 20 calls per week," Haas said.
And she only expects the call volume to increase as DTV day draws near.
The demand was so high for coupons late last year it took months for them to arrive.
"It was taking three month delay, I think.
Now it's much less, three to four weeks, now we're back down," Haas said.
And when those coupons do arrive, don't delay.
"If you have them, use them.
As soon as you get them," Haas said.
