Administrator, Multi-Family Programs
Mildred joined the organization in 1997; and has over 7-years experience in the multi-family housing finance industry.
Ms. Guzman earned an Associates Degree in Business Secretarial and Technology at the Institute of Commercial Business and Technology, City of Ponce, Puerto Rico.
As the Multi-Family Program Administrator, Mildred is responsible for day to day administration and coordination of all operational functions of the Multi-Family Program; assuring developer and management company compliance with requirements for bond-financed rental projects; monitoring all set-aside requirements of the Land Use Restriction Agreements, auditing residents' files, management procedures, coordinating compliance activities, and conducting management training.
