Easter SealsYsidra Gutierrez serves Easter Seals Southern California as the vice president of quality and staff development.Her responsibilities include overseeing staff development and the quality department, which monitors the safety and quality of the more than 100 Easter Seals programs and services for people with disabilities throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Imperial counties.She also plays a leadership role in all accreditation reviews and quality initiatives.Ysidra serves as Safety Administrator and promotes the health and safety of Easter Seals' 700 staff members and the thousands of program participants.Ysidra also oversees the orientation, training and development for all staff members.

Ysidra joined Easter Seals in August 2000.Her experience working with individuals with disabilities spans 25 years.Prior to Easter Seals, she worked at the Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center.

Ysidra has a master's degree in social work from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's of arts degree in community studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.She is a member of the USC School of Social Work Alumni Association.
