Mr. Alan Gutmann

Alan Gutmann, Senior Vice PresidentMr. Gutmann is a portfolio manager/analyst for Large Cap Value Equity.Mr. Gutmann joined Oppenheimer Capital in 1991.Previously, he worked in the merger and acquisition group of Salomon Brothers and Oppenheimer & Co. where he analyzed, valued and assisted in the purchase and sale of public and private companies.Additionally, Mr. Gutmann co-founded Advance Media Corp., a specialized niche marketing company.Mr. Gutmann graduated from the Wharton School, magna cum laude, majoring in finance and accounting and minoring in Political Science.He also earned an MA with honors in Philosophy and Talmudic Jurisprudence from the Heiden Institute in Jerusalem.
