Lucyna started her career first as a high school language teacher then as a lecturer of English in the Brussels film school (INSAS) and an undergraduate communications school (EFAP)

She soon moved to the private sector where she managed several international projects in the advertising and publishing sectors: Bozell Advertising, European Business Press Group (publishing the European Business Top 500) and TBWA.In 1992 Lucyna joined Europe Information Service (EIS) as Marketing Manager where she became the driving force behind the foundation of the European Centre of Public Affairs Brussels (ECPAB).She was its Executive Director for eight years.

Currently, she is dealing with Faculty Relations at the European Training Institute on part time basis and acts as Director of Concept & Research, an independent Brussels consultancy
