Michael Guter joined Elron in June 2001 as a Vice President.Prior to joining Elron, Mr. Guter served as a Vice President of the Challenge Fund and in a variety of board level roles for numerous high tech companies.Mr. Guter has also served as CEO of Zeevi Computers and Technology Ltd and as Chairman of Cimatron, Clal Imaging, Smart Solutions, Teleknowledge Group and the Jerusalem Software Incubator.

Mr. Guter has also been one of the founders of several high tech companies in the software field such as O.S.T. - Open System Technology Ltd., New Dimension Ltd. and Liraz Ltd.

Mr. Guter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management and industrial engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, in Haifa.Mr. Guter currently serves as the Chairman of the Israel Telework Association (ITA).
