"We are in the process of finalizing the contract," said Allan Gustin, project manager.Construction of the first tower was scheduled to begin in March and each ensuing building will have a staggered start date of 10 months, Gustin said.

"Sales are going well, so the developer will probably want to rush that schedule," he added.

Under the supervision of Project Manager Allan Gustin, this five-story building will have 161,000 square feet and 95 units.It is located at the Sportsman Marina Complex in Orange Beach.In addition to the condos, the complex will sport boat slips, several restaurants and a large pool."It is one of the largest complexes currently under construction.We are targeting completion for early summer 2005," says Gustin.
