   Before joining Lightspeed, David was a partner at BRM Capital, an Israeli venture capital firm with $150 million under management.There, he focused on investments in the communications and components sectors.Prior to BRM, he served as CEO at Paspar2, an Internet application service provider.Previously, he served as corporate attorney at Rosensweig & Co., a leading Israeli commercial law firm, and before that, he was the head of software development teams for the Israel Defense Forces and later at Edunetics, where he managed a programming team that produced software products for the U.S. market.

   Before joining BRM Capital in 2000, David managed Paspar2 Inc., an internet startup in Israel and the US.He assessed market potential, developed the business plan, led and implemented a shift in the company's product and business model, and was instrumental in the recruiting processes of top management and R&D persons.
   
   Prior to that, he was a corporate attorney at Rosensweig & Co., a leading Israeli commercial law firm and, before that, was head of a development team at Edunetics, where he managed a team composed of software programmers who produced software products for the US market.
   
   David has an M.B.A. from Insead, Fontaineblaeu, France, where he graduated with honors.He holds an L.L.B, magna cum laude, and a B.A. in economics, summa cum laude, from Tel-Aviv University.David is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
