David Gurvitz

David Gurvitz, Director of Information Technology: Most of the firm's investigations involve David Gurvitz and his staff.A former fact-finding librarian and researcher with the Anti-Defamation League in Los Angeles, David spent more than three years investigating and researching for the League before he began at Barnes & Associates in 1995.That early work and his later training and experience as a paralegal have given him the background and skills to expand the firm's database department to the three-person research team he now oversees.

The group relies on CD databases and microfiche files but specializes in using the Internet to locate and compile detailed profiles of key individuals involved in lawsuits.This data provides a crucial foundation for field investigators.

David graduated from California State University, Northridge, with a BA in political science.His paralegal certificate and training is from the University of West Los Angeles.He is also a licensed private investigator in California and belongs to the California Association of Licensed Investigators.
