Ranga Gurrala, president of technology for International Technology Solutions, a leading software services and product development company, began working with ProcureStaff at the request of its client, AT&T.According to Gurrala, AT&T brought ProcureStaff on board to advise its hiring managers on labor market conditions, distribute requirements to qualified staffing companies, hire selected candidates on the client's behalf, and evaluate workers' performance.
