Darryl GurleyMember at LargeDarryl Gurley is a transplant to the Big Bend most recently from Boston, Massachusetts via Glasgow Scotland United Kingdom.However that is not all.He lived in Maryland, Tennessee and Colorado as well as his native Alabama.He processes an eclectic life as a trained chemist and a Ph.D. in finance.He has taught at the university level, consulted with Fortune 100 companies and served as an aide to a US Senator.During his short time on this Tara, he has authored several articles and grants.Currently Darryl lives in booming metropolis of Quincy.He is passionate about the integration of Christian theology with gay orientation.Too often these interests are seen as antithetically opposed, however he does not see in conflict as they are not mutually exclusive.He plans to seek new sources of funding for the Family Tree.In addition to the Family Tree Board, he serves on the Boards of Gentle Shepherd Metropolitan Community Church and the Bond Community Health Center.
