Teresa Gunn discussed the details of this charette.She discussed the right of ways, consolidation of access points, Plexiglas manhole covers, etc.She discussed the Skate Park and the residential units in Gregory Lane as well as the vertical curb vs. rolled curb.She felt a sidewalk was definitely required and landscaping was recommended.If they did rolled curb, folks could drive over the landscaping and the rolled curb combined with sidewalk would require more substantial sidewalk.She stated that they had made indications to the property owners that they would get with each of them individually to discuss these restrictions.Ms. Gunn stated that there would be some things removed from the right of way such as a shed, fences and some parking spaces.She stated they did not have participation from the shed owner.
